Resumo
This research analyses the emergence of the Corporation in the 19th century, which represented a fundamental economic transformation. The Corporation is a legal instrument that allows the capitalist development directed by the liberal governments themselves. This study analyses the most important legal questions of the Corporation in the early Commercial Codification as the Legal Personality and limited liability. However, the main focus of this research is on the public approval of the Corporation that supposes a breach of company law until that moment.
