Abstract
The Draft Law to Promote Mediation provides three major blocks of reforms. The recognition of mediation services, charged to publi funds, the cases of mitigated obligation that mandate to initially submit the conflict to mediation, as a legal requirements that informs the admissibility of the lawsuit, and the juicial referral itself to mediation. Also, legal fees and judicial cost are configured as a procedural incentive to promote mediation. All this will have a direct impact booth on the administration of Justice and on the juidicial process itself.
