Museums around the world are increasingly aware of the need to implement resources thatallow visitors with different capabilities to access their collections, transforming the museuminto an inclusive learning experience. This paper makes a review of current accessibilitypractices for visitors with sensory impairment at museums at an international level, anddescribes the projects on access to art museums and exhibitions for visually impaired visitorscarried out by Kaleidoscope, an association dedicated to foster universal access to culture.
