Resum
Based on the widespread use of online training during the pandemic, it is necessary to reflect on this use in order to shape "post-pandemic" education. Therefore, our aim was to analyse the preferences towards future online training of Spanish youths according to a series of classification variables (gender, age, social class, level of studies, employment status, nationality, habitat, cohabitation and ideology). A cross-sectional study (N= 1209) was carried out between April and May 2021, using a questionnaire designed ad hoc. Bivariate analyses were carried out using contingency tables (based on chi-square), given that the variables are nominal, and using Pearson's contingency coefficient as a test of significance. The main results indicate that young people between 15 and 19 years of age prefer the face-to-face mode (32.2%) and those between 25 and 29 years of age prefer the hybrid mode (47.5%). It is concluded that variables such as age, social class, employment situation, habitat, level of studies, ideology or climate of coexistence are decisive when it comes to preferring one training modality or another. All of this can help to configure training plans based on personalised learning in the post-pandemic educational context.
