Abstract

The thesis defended by Dr. Sánchez Sáez is to study the legal regime of environmental agreements. The research consists of two distinct parts: the first addresses the status of cooperation agreements and their development prospects. In Part Two, He analyzes the situation of voluntary agreements on environmental matters, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, USA and the European Union. Voluntary agreements are agreements on environmental cooperation and Spanish comparative law, agreements between companies or business sectors and public administration to improve the environmental performance of those. The arrangements and scope environmental agreements might have on the Spanish administrative law.
