Abstract

This paper provides a panoramic overview of the European Regulations known as the Digital Services Law and the Digital Markets Law. The main guidelines that govern its content are examined. Special emphasis is placed on their objectives and scope of application, as well as on the main obligations imposed on those known as the world’s IT (Information Technology) giants.
