Abstract

The history of women’s collective action in our country is a chapter little studied by traditional history, especially if we compare it with other political and social movements. Therefore, this work aims to makea small but necessary contribution to Spanish feminist genealogy by highlighting the figure of MariaCambrils and her work as a feminist and socialist woman. The relevance of the contributions and someof the topics and discussions that Cambrils analysed make clear the debt that a century later, societyand history still owe not only to her, but to all feminist women who have been hidden and undervalued.
