Résumé

After the recent publication of Organic Law 3/2022, of March 31, on theorganization and integration of Vocational Training, we understand that arefection on the current situation of Dual Vocational Training in our countryis necessary, to avoid falling into mistakes that have been made in the past.We begin the study with a historical analysis of Vocational Training in Spain,to know where we come from and be able to face where we are going withknowledge of the situation. This approach to the reality, the latest dataavailable at the regional level on the situation of Dual Vocational Training isanalyzed, taking a real picture of where we are, to take this point as thebeginning of the exciting challenge that the arrival of the new VocationalTraining.Finally, we believe that the role of the education inspection in theimplementation of this new Vocational Training is key, due to the deepknowledge that the education inspectorate has of the existing reality ineducational centres
