Bases para un nuevo estatuto jurídico de las víctimas del terrorismo en la Unión Europea

Zusammenfassung

The purpose of this work is to analyze the new legal status of victims of terrorism in the European Union, based on the bases established by Directive (EU) 2017/541 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of March 15, relating to the fight against terrorism. To then examine the catalog of procedural and extra‐procedural rights that are recognized under it, in order to guarantee specific protection and support before the criminal justice system in response to their vulnerability. And evaluate to what extent these rights have been implemented in national legal systems to harmonize the legislation of the different Member States.
