Abstract

Carcinomatis meningitis is a rare entity, which may be part of the natural history of many neoplasic. It usually present with nonspecific symptoms such as headache, changes in behavior or motor and sensory disturbances. We present the case of a patient with meningeal carcinomatosis from lung adenocarcinoma and its clinical evolution.
