Zusammenfassung
This paper analyzes the way in which the legislator modifi es the basic legal regime of the confi guration of negotiable securities to allow their representation also using the socalled distributed registry technology. It represents a novelty that is committed to incorporation of new technologies, while adopting an experimental implementation process to verify that procedure and results are adequate. The study focuses on Law 6/2023, of March 17, on Securities Markets and Investment Services, which aligns with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2022/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 30, 2022 on a pilot regime for market infrastructures based on distributed ledger technology.
