Abstract

This paper provides a panoramic overview and comparison of the scope of the European Regulations on services and markets known as the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Digital Markets Act (DMA). For a better understanding of the scope, the intended objectives are previously pointed out and basic fundamental concepts of digital law are inserted, while some particularly relevant aspects are examined in relation to the preceding law.
