Abstract

Justice is a core value of Law. Knowing its content is essential for the creation, application, and interpretation of the Law. It is necessary to delimit its minimum content in order to know what can be demanded as justice in terms of human rights, that is, what is the minimum justice that can be demanded in a legal system. For this, a historical, axiological, and jurisprudential investigation of the precept is carried out from which this minimum justice can finally be extracted that can be configured of a human right to material justice.
