Abstract
We keep in mind three fundamental points, which will be: Archdiocese and the creation of the Bishopric of Huelva, Structure of the documentation: The Classification Table; and Lepe in his Documented History. The documentation of Lepe goes to the new bishopric of Huelva when it is created, the Church does not respect the origin of origin, but when a bishopric is created, the documentation generated in the Archbishopric is segregated going to the place of new creation, this is so For the documentation in files, the books, such as the Pastoral Visits Books, do not leave the General Archive of the Archbishopric because the visits are united in the same volume as those of other territories and, in addition, it would deteriorate the documentary heritage. We will see the sections and series that today are kept in the Archive of the Bishopric of Huelva.
