Abstract

The digital transition of the Administration of Justice and the electronic management of judicial proceedings has not occurred with sufficient intensity. The lack of regulatory implementation, technical and material resources, generate a halfway between model of digitalization. The existence of different procedural management systems, generated as a consequence of the structure of transfer of competences, has led to a model of digitization at different speeds. Likewise, the electronic court file cannot be understood without considering the procedural management systems that support them, affecting their successes and limitations. However, the Draft Law on Digital Efficiency Measures for the Public Justice Service may allow for a real digital transition, consolidating a future integral electronic management of the procedure and incorporating technical support technologies that will make possible a more efficient, agile and accessible Administration of Justice.
