Abstract
The regulation regarding crimes against child pornography has undergone numerous modifications in recent years. The difficulty posed by the lack of stability of criminal norms when it comes to their interpretation and application is compounded by the use of casuistry as a classification technique, in addition to a marked moralistic tone that is present at every step. In this work, the jurisprudential resolutions of recent years are analyzed to know what are the main practical difficulties that the regulations raise and how are they resolved by the Courts.
