Resumen

The purpose of this work is to analyze the recently approved Directive 2024/89/EU, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 14 may 2024, on combating violence against women and domestic violence, examining the minimum standards that they are contained in it to combat it specifically and improve access to justice, protection and support offered to its victims in the territory of the European Union. And also, know the different obligations that the new community standard imposes on all Member States, to implement its provisions in their respective national legislation within a maximum period of three years from its entry into force
