El Grupo de investigación se encarga de estudiar la relación entre la gestión del deporte, las instalaciones deportivas y la realización de práctica deportiva. Los investigadores analizan la satisfacción que tienen los usuarios en las organizaciones deportivas, determinan la valoración de éstos sobre los programas de actividad física y proponen mejoras, valoran el impacto de éstas en los clientes etc. En este sentido hay que destacar la colaboración con clubes deportivos profesionales como con entidades públicas locales y supralocales.
