El grupo de investigación 'Derecho civil en contexto: desafíos XXI (SEJ 441)' tiene como objeto principal el estudio del Derecho Civil en el contexto de la globalización y está integrado por trece investigadoras e investigadores vinculados a la Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Se trata de un grupo consolidado en el que se aúnan investigadores con amplia experiencia (dos catedráticos y cinco titulares) en posesión de sexenios de investigación vivos, e investigadores jóvenes o con trayectorias científicas sólidas (dos contratados doctores, un ayudante doctor, una asociada doctora). El grupo desarrolla investigaciones de alto nivel sobre Derecho Civil, Derecho Comparado y Derecho de Consumidores. Bajo la dirección de sus miembros se desarrollan asimismo investigaciones de varios doctorandos con un amplio impacto en los diferentes sectores del Derecho Civil y del Comparado.
