Abstract
In this communication we present an experience developed in the mark of Federation of Andalusian Co-operatives of Teaching (F.E.C.A.E.), in which participated 65 federated centres of teaching (1257 teachers) that describes the followed phases during the design and development of their place Web. We consider that this means favours the acquisition of new access dexterity�s to the information (as important as indispensable in the current society), the dialogue, reduction of costs and time in the administrative administration of the educational centres, the interpersonal relationships and the professional development of its educational ones
