Abstract

Nowadays, the Spanish University is immersed in a process of change. These changes also affect its structural level and didactic methodologies. A group of Mathematic professors of the Pablo de Olavide University started a method of special evaluation in the Business degree. This method was developed after a self-evaluation process together with the lack of motivation of the pupils. The target was change the teaching-learning process in order to become more active and participatory. In the first part of this study, we focus on describing some activities in order to the pupils could develop some competences drawn up in the subject program. In the second part of this study, we have done a statistic analysis to check if the results of the pupils are better with this new methodology described in this paper.
