In addition, the analysis of economic change has become necessary -rather than marely possible taking into consideration the capacity of influence which the territory can exert over individuals and their activities. In turn, these impact on the territory, producing successive transformations. One of the most influentian activities is represented by the forms of distribution and, for this reason, it is necessary to look more deeply at the aspects which affect the said processes of spatial implantation. It is a question of understanding and placing in its proper context the development of the new minority commerce in the context of Seville and its metropolitan area, dealing with land planning and its impact on the above sector, as well as on other economic sectors, and also examining sectorial planning, which is carried out on a similar scale to urban and metropolitan planning.
