La práctica de la actividad física y su relación con la satisfacción laboral en una organización de alimentación

Abstract
Current and modern organizations are starting to implement management actions and health promotion for their employees in order to improve their quality of life and productivity of the company. One of the variables that impact on productivity is job satisfaction, so the purpose of this study was to determine what kind of relationship between physical activity and job satisfaction among employees of a food company which has participated in the awards of the naos strategy. The sample consists of 100 employees who responded anonymously to IPAQ questionnaire to assess their physical activity and one subjective question to assess job satisfaction. The results showed that there are significant differences, being practitioners AF Moderate (M = 4.44) which obtained a higher rate of job satisfaction, just as high AF practitioners obtained (M = 4.21) and practitioners AF Low (M = 3.41). Therefore the findings of our study conclude that the practice of physical activity, vigorous and moderately positive influence on job satisfaction of employees, and shown that low physical activity is related to low levels of job satisfaction.
