El saqueo de salticity. Diseño e intervención a través de un programa gamificado para el desarrollo del salto.

Zusammenfassung

El desarrollo de la motricidad y de la fuerza muscular se asocian a un mejor estado de salud. Los ejercicios multiarticulares, como la pliometría con saltos cuya resistencia sea el peso corporal suponen un método ideal para el desarrollo de la fuerza y la habilidad motriz básica del salto. Las clases de educación física son un buen escenario para el desarrollo de estas capacidades. Por ese motivo, un contexto atractivo y motivante que favorezca la curiosidad y capte la atención del alumnado jugará en favor del aprendizaje y desarrollo de estas habilidades. El objetivo del trabajo fue diseñar con ayuda de un grupo de expertos un programa gamificado para los cursos de 3º a 6º de Primaria, basada en el modelo Edu-Game, denominado “El Saqueo de Salticity” y cuya finalidad principal es mejorar el salto. La propuesta la conforma: una Estética con una ambientación, un compromiso, un propósito del juego y un tablero de juego; unas Mecánicas para avanzar en el objetivo relacionadas con el reglamento, bloque de contenidos y el control del alumnado; unos Componentes a través de unos puntos e insignias; unas Dinámicas en relación con el propósito de aprendizaje cooperativo y de autonomía decidiendo cada alumno cómo progresar. De acuerdo con el proceso de diseño se puede afirmar que el programa gamificado “Salticity” (PGS) es válido para poderse replicar en ámbitos educativos con semejantes características.
