Abstract
Where change is lived and felt marks the biorhythm of educational improvement from the pedagogical teaching commitment. Adversities are overcome when there is a faithful belief that change is possible and necessary, a thought attached to a context that facilitates and supports it, with collaborative networks and the appropriate means to develop it. Teachers, as principal agents in the process of change, should safeguard hope in their practice, seeking formulas for democratic, inclusive, and community-based education from the impulse of an organization that learns and that is committed to a culture of reflection.
