Abstract

The legal reform of 2021 is a reform that is carried out from the affirmation of the law as a legal institution called to establish a kind of new Law of labour contracting that enables the recovery of workers’ rights and their guarantee. What can be the contribution of collective bargaining to the construction and future governance of the Spanish labour market, from the perspective of the contractual regime, is, therefore, the main question that this article intends to answer. In this sense, the article pays special attention to the reconsideration carried out by the law of the spaces where collective bargaining can operate, as well as the challenge that, for it, will mean the reduction of temporality through the establishment of conventional measures that favour stability in the employment of workers.
