Abstract

Considering the key role of ICTs in the formation of the person, able to function in today's society, more specifically the integration of 2.0 tools called the communicative everyday context and personal relationships today, it seems unthinkable that the formation of these people does not have the right tools so that they can train the skills and competencies that should subsequently exercise regularly. Despite the clear need for the integration of these tools in training, is still challenge assimilation into the curriculum and educational practice. Studying the experience and work of other authors, allowed to consider that in the field of formal education using these tools still an isolated event, but not yet in the area not regulated. For institutions of higher education it implies enabling the application of tools and strategies that either do not have the reputation of others, or teachers are reluctant to apply.
