Doctor by the Universidad Pablo de Olavide with the thesis Desigualdades de género en la economía digital análisis de los distintos tipos de teletrabajo en europa 2021. Supervised by Dr. Paula Rodríguez-Modroño.

Graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Seville, Expert in the Evaluation of Programs and Public Policies. In her more than twenty years of profesional experience, her activity has been linked to research and teaching. Since 2005, she has made her professional work compatible with that of associate professor at the Department of Economics, Quantitative Methods and Economic History (UPO); And since February 2019 she is a Teacher- Tutor at UNED. Accredited as a Collaborating Professor by the Ministry of Education and Science (ANECA) and by the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology (Andalusian Evaluation Agency) 2007. Currently, she is part of the research team of the R + D + i Project Challenges 2019: "The future of work from a gender perspective: women in the 4th Industrial Revolution" (2020-2023); and the Project: "Conciliation in the era of digital work" (2020-2022), funded by the Andalusian Studies Center. She is a member of the Research Group “Ecological, Feminist and Development Economics”, and is part of the Gender Observatory on Economics, Politics and Development (GEP & DO).
